Terms of Service

Our services are intended for CEA-registered real estate salespersons and other authorised users in Singapore. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.

2xagent.ai provides AI-assisted tools including research, content generation, and workflow support. Features may change as we improve the product.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your professional business purposes during your subscription or trial period.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for complying with CEA rules, PDPA obligations, and other applicable laws when using AI outputs with clients.

AI-generated content is assistive only. You must review outputs before sharing with clients or relying on them for regulated advice, listings, or negotiations.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to harm others or violate third-party rights.

Do not upload unlawful, confidential third-party data without authority, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Do not use the service to send spam, malware, or automated abuse. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans, trials, and onboarding are described separately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

We may modify pricing or features with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

We retain all rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you input, subject to the licence you grant us to operate the service.

You grant us a licence to process your inputs and outputs as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
